The menu of White Tiger was born from the collaboration of Anahita Dhondy and Shipra Khanna – two world renowned Indian chefs, carrying a lifetime of flavour, creativity and mastery.

One brings the soul of India – the land of contrasts. Weaving a tapestry of flavours that balances spice alongside sweet, pits heat against calm and combines comfort with surprise.

The other carries the rhythm, energy and drama of the wok – the fire of the East, the sharp crackle of soy and garlic, the elegance of precision. Evoking the memories of Hakka street-style flavours that shaped a generation, now refined for the world stage. Together they have meticulously curated this extraordinary menu, training our kitchen team in the precise techniques and high standards that define every experience at White Tiger.

Where Soul Meets Fire: A Shared Vision, A Single Table

At White Tiger, the dining experience is a dialogue between two culinary masters. The soulful influence of Anahita and the fiery artistry of Shipra come together not to compete, but to create a harmony of contrasts that redefines the Liverpool dining landscape.

Though they represent different traditions, their creations are designed to be enjoyed as one. We believe the most memorable meals are found in the balance between them; the aromatic depth of a regional specialty finds its perfect partner in the spirited heat of a Hakka creation.

We invite you to dispense with the traditional course and explore our menu with curiosity. Mix, match, and share across both worlds, creating a bespoke narrative of flavour that is uniquely yours.
